Terms & Conditions
1. Everyone completing our survey, sent by email, will be entered into the prize draw.
2. Offer open to residents of UK mainland only.
3. Closing date Sunday 28th June 2009
4. Winner will be selected at random from all entries received
5. Only one entry per person. Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other address, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this free prize draw. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited
6. Secrets accept no responsibility for any entries that are lost or delayed due to any reason beyond Secrets control
7. By taking part in this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winners may result in forfeiture of the prize
8. Secrets are not responsible for incomplete, unclear, incomprehensible or distorted entries. Such entries will be void.
9. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
10. Winner will be notified by email by Friday 3rd July 2009
11. The prize will be valid until Monday 30th November 2009
12. The winner and members of his/her party must be aged 21 or over and proof of age and identity will be required.
13. Secrets reserve the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this prize draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
14. There is no cash alternative and prizes are not transferable.
15. Secrets are not responsible for any loss or damage associated with you entering into this prize draw
